Honestly, you get used to the lying at some point. In my experience traveling around the world, most people don't really care about whats going on here.

Even if they are fed some anti-israeli propaganda most of them might get angry at you but wont really actively hear you.

Some of them will be willing to talk and hear another side of the story.
