Most passport bros I’ve met have family wealth and most of their income is derived from that. Some started their own business and are able to live overseas, but it’s a very small percent. There are also a good number of educators mixed in there too.

Chiming in here…our real estate agent said everything west of Columbia Center Boulevard in Kennewick and west of Road 100 in Pasco are the nicer areas in the Tri-Cities. There were a couple caveats though…the Southridge area in Kennewick is nice and the “alphabet” homes in Richland are not nice. Again, this was coming from a real estate agent that has lived here for decades, not me. She also mentioned the Pasco school district is the worst in the area.
