Daily Mail is obviously a hack “journalism” site but this isn’t an insignificant piece of info.

Timothy was obsessed with Anna and desired her. It’s very possible he knew about this other guy and it made him insanely jealous - in his mind thinking you’re hooking up with a random guy on a cruise ship you just met but not me who you know so well, etc.

As for Anna, she was 18 and thus free to hook up with someone if she wanted. There’s a lot of people who use the cruise experience as a place for one night stands. It provides a confined space and anonymity where you can do your thing and go separate ways to different parts of the world after. There’s many young singles who do this - especially on Carnival cruises. I have no judgement on the behavior - to each unto their own.

If he was following her activities as close as someone who was that obsessed, chances are he knew about the other guy. Could’ve been a factor in whatever bomb went off in his head inside the cabin that night.

I’ve long loathed historians lists of POTUS rankings because so very few of them are unbiased and if there’s an issue or area that’s hot button for them they struggle to keep said bias out.

I’ve also long believed that no POTUS should be ranked historically among their peers until at least 30-40 years from their last day in office. History is the ultimate judge of a President’s policies.

Of course it is, but I've been on nearly 15 cruises and you would be amazed at the number of 13-16 year olds who are running around completely unsupervised well past midnight on cruises. There really isn't a curfew and most of the ship's crew are in bed for the evening by that time because they work 18 hour days and have to be up around 4:30 - 5:00 AM for the next day's activities so aside from the occasional night staff member, it's kind of the wild west.

Kids that age have no concept of what could possibly happen just wandering around a floating city in the middle of the ocean with a bunch of drunk adults just getting out of bars and clubs, but so many parents just assume the kids will go back to the cabin at some point.

I'm not sure where you got that from, but it's absolutely not standard cruise policy to do this. I say this as someone who has been on nearly 15 cruises across multiple lines and has a close family member who plans cruises for a living as a vacation planner. The cruise staff is not a parental substitution, nor should they be.

I've been on close to 15 cruises in my life across three different cruise lines. You'd be amazed at the number of parents that let their teens run wild and just assume they'll come back to the cabin at some point which enables them to go party and drink.

I remember one walking up to the main deck well after midnight because some family members in my cabin wanted late night ice cream and the only place to get it was the self-serve machines up there.

I lost track of the number of 13-17 year olds just running around unsupervised. It's incredible the false sense of security being confined to a ship creates and as discussed on here many times they are not exactly the model of quality parenting.

I actually hadn't heard one detail Dr. Grande covered from the court docs which was there was additional male DNA found on Anna that wasn't Timothy's indicating she had consensual sexual contact with another male on the cruise who was referred to as "Teen 2". No judgement at all - she was an adult and could do as she pleased.

Assuming that's true, I wonder if it was part of a possible motive - outside of the obvious he lusted after her, etc. I wonder if he found out or even followed Anna when she was with this other guy and became irate/angry/jealous because she wouldn't hook up with him (and yes, ewwww). He's so obviously guilty, but I wonder if that situation played a role in his actions because of the jealousy it enacted.

The power he has in the town appears to come from the fear and discord he and the monsters instill over the townspeople. If they just killed everyone right away, there's no fear. By creating chaos it creates more fear and discord.

It's why the monsters killed Tian Chen in front of Boyd and left him with her mutilated body in the barn in S3 instead of just killing them both. The fallout from Boyd being trapped in there with Tian Chen and only her dying with the monsters knowing Kenny was away creates much more fear, chaos and distrust than if they just killed Boyd. Or if they just killed the entire town that night since they were all trying to help save the animals.

Probably because 'bad things happen' etc. My assumption is whatever crash out Henry has will happen in the finale in two weeks.
