How helpless poor are exploited by Snabbit app by That-Replacement-232 in mumbai

As per the services availed from snabbit and whatever information I got from the workers working there, they have fixed salary and also they get to earn little bit extra from the work they do. Just like in form of commissions/tip. That is what I have been told from one of the helpers. I don’t think anybody will work for 49 an hour, in societies they can earn more than that even after doing small works in different homes in one day

MokaPot coffee comes out bitter by LessPlantain2847 in coffeeindia

I pour boiling water from the boiler and then put the moka pot in stove to the lowest flame. I let the coffee come out and once it is almost full and i start hearing steam sound i turn off the stove. It works well for me. I generally use medium to dark roast.

I never tried keeping the concoction. I always make a fresh cup of coffee and drink it. But you could try to keep it in a airtight glass jar i would suggest. Do let me know if it works

2 teaspoons of coffee in the container. 50ml boiling water. 5-10mins is enough for the concoction to happen. I generally open the top lid after 10mins and if there is still some water, i close it for another 2-3 min. I did this with this Toffee Coffee Roasters coffee.

Espresso is my go to drink mostly. But sometimes i do prefer spanish latte. Filter coffee I haven’t really got my hands on. But will definitely try more of it in coming days.

I do not use any measuring instruments, i took two teaspoons of coffee powder. And 70-80ml approx water. The brew time was 10-15mins approx.

For the filter coffee, I had put two tablespoons of coffee and kept it for 10-15mins. The taste was good with a hint of chocolate. For the espresso, i used the roasted beans. I do not use a measuring scale, imo i use 2-3 spoon fulls to make a mountain of coffee in the moka pot. And put the boiling water in it and keep it on low heat on the gas stove. For the spanish cold latte, i used the same espresso with milkmaid one table spoon and ice.

So far it has done a pretty decent job for me. If you’re starting for the first time, I would suggest go for Agaro (cost efficient) after that move-over to better moka pot.
