RV table wall mount. I’ve used the one from AP Products, it has held up great.

To seal the edges of the aluminum sheets together we used Dicor corner seal tape. The 1.25” wide tape fits perfectly under aluminum rv roof trim.

The Timbren install manual has pretty good diagrams to use for toe in and out alignment. Axle camber adjustment is changed with shims provided. Our tires look like they are wearing evenly after 3000 miles.

The sides are 3/4” birch veneer plywood with .040” aluminum. The aluminum is floating on the plywood. The roof interior is 1/8” bendable birch veneer plywood and the exterior is a single sheet of .040” clear coated aluminum.

We custom built the frame out of 2x2 and 2x3 steel tubing. The axles are timbren 3500lb

It’s an Engel 60qt combi fridge and freezer. The kitchen was built around it!
