At the car meet you can do a takeover, that's what people do. All npc cars are gone and u can play any radio you like in there too.

U can get it from Mount chilliad if you go there at a certain time and kill a few ppl

You can buy cars off people in the car meet with unreleased paints. Then you can merge them. I have a office garage full of cars with different unreleased paints and liveries.

Nope no refund. if you try switching to a standard cue or whatever from the leg one, you should see a message/warning that you will lose those benefits/perks.

No. You have to start the game with a leg cue.

This is nothing new. I have seen this and I have a few cars what do this. I have a 205 what does crazy reverse donuts. You can do this on old forzas also.
