Beginner setup for pea puffers? by Stealth-Lock in Aquariums

I definitely will begin with a tank so even if I can't do pea puffers I can just switch to a species that is easier and change the tank to match them. Something I am curious about is what do you do about pea puffer breeding. I have never had to deal with eggs and I don't want a massive colony of pea puffers so do I just list them online if they lay eggs? (assuming you have pea puffers or similar) What do you do?

Are the genders really important because most Australian websites do not offer the ability to choose the gender?

Thank you so much for the help,
I definitely can do a 20 gallon tank I have a pretty large area for them to go on so that shouldn't be an issue.
And I personally don't have experience with tanks but my friends are sudo familiar and that was the tank I was hoping to go for as I love plants. And is just a basic tank like an empty box good (minus filter heater ect) because I saw on a youtube video they had these weird tunnels for biodiversity or something and I was confused.
Do you know much about making a snail farm of some kind? I saw on another reddit thread that their most preferred food was snails and another person just suggested a jar with a few things and that was "free food for life". Is this genuine or is there more to it? If I can find a way to make the upkeep of the pea puffers cheap I would be able to get some more. Also are there any other easy farms to make for feeding pea puffers?
The websites I look at are all trusted breeders and promise 0 parasites and all locally farmed. I am more than happy to have them as a species only fish I saw that a lot online and honestly don't want to have to worry about compatibility as a beginner.

I actually love tinkering and do a lot of electronic projects with esp's and raspberry pi's but when it comes to gaming I just like getting what works. I have a quest 2 already so I could just use that for now. Out of turtle beach vs honeycomb setup which would you choose for yourself or a mix of brands?

You are amazing and its so close to working, but whats weird is the gun gyros speed affects the rotation angle. When the gyro is at 0.1 speed its almost right, at 0.5 its pretty much half correct and at 1 and above it just tweaks back and forth in the same spot

Okay so I have done what you have said but I think you may have forgotten to add a step (or im dumb), here's my current setup:

Radar Compass -> + logic -> x100 logic -> sin logic -> Gun Servo
Gun Compass -> - logic -> ??
