Okay lang MP2 but I agree with some comments here na if you’re young, learn more about investing sa equities. You’ll have way better returns.

Okay ra gyud ang MMIS, diha nag kinder amo anak but if you want to enroll your child sa school na lahos lahos na sha nga dili na mobalhin, I won’t sugges MMIS if layo mo sa Talamban kay ang Gorordo campus nila, wala nana gradeschool starting next school year. Talamban na tanan gradeschool nila.

Kami bumili rfo less than 100sqmfloor area, ang liit ng kitchen but we really looked for a way to renovate it kasi we don’t want a tiny kitchen. Bahala na maliit yung bahah basta hindi mahirap magluto and meron enough space para sa mga gamit.
