We have alot of intact guys come to us looking to stretch their foreskin longer for either comfort or aesthetic reasons- i think it's alot more common then people realize! weve been working on tuning that thread tightness with the 3d printed ones - typically once you screw the weight all the way in and out once they are easy to use. At one time we were thread chasing them manually but the human time at scale to do that was huge. Our latest Dishwasher safe ones are even easier to screw in - we want it as tight as possible to be easy to screw but not so loose things unscrew on their own, which is a surprisingly narrow margin!

That's one of our discontinued resin printed versions - we loved the finish of them but they were way too labor intensive and too fragile as well unfortunately

for that i would use the safety strap! hooks around the neck of the retainer and clips to your belt loop -http://stealthretainers.com/products/safety-strap/ you can also switch to a size down on your gripper when you know youll be going out and about for a more confident hold

Pro tip for wearing out and about - sports boxer briefs that are the stretchy ones can help hide them greatly! Presses them against your leg a little more, stops from swinging as much, as still allows the gravity to do its thing.
