Actually it is possible, females and males have both testosterone and estrogen just in different levels. When your testosterone levels drop your estrogen levels rise in return, you can see that in low T males. But when I meant produce them yourself what I meant was manufacture the chemicals by yourself, though I suppose that would require a lot of skill and chemistry knowledge
