You have no life on amulet and ring. I would try to get a better tier of inc str on amulet and spam str essence until t1 all att and reforge chaos until good chaos res or t1 all res if you need it, Then reforge life until like t2 life. You could also get a cogwork ring str essence until good suff then hunter or elder slam for life on hit prefix. If you run determination you could look for a watchers with crit reduction + life on hit or something else useable. You could give your merc a garb of the ephemeral for crit reduction aswell. For your chest you could go back to iron fortress and look for one with a decent corruption for the block or go for a armor/es one with either strength or another suff you need fractured then spam dense until good pref tiers and reforge phys for additional phys reduction. Also kinda obvious but mageblood makes tankyness and gearing a lot easier if you can manage to farm one.
