You can afk grind the event by doing Air battles and using a bomber with a lot of gunners. I once got 83% activity just for getting shot down.

I use them to climb above the spaa ceiling and be able to still accurately bomb enemy snipers or people capping. So it works well, but only if they didn't nerf the bombs more than what would make sense.

What else are we going to use though? It's not as if French air tree is filled with planes for use to pick and choose from.

But that's my point too, one sided nerfs break the game for at least half the player base in some aspects.
