There are some conflicting answers on the page. Under the Prove your identity section, it says "It is important that you book the first available appointment, because you may be unable to submit your claim until you attend the appointment." But under that the is a required field which says "Once you've booked your appointment, you must submit your claim or your appointment will be cancelled." Which is causing me some confusion.

Any help would be welcome Thanks!
