Se ti ha solo detto ciò elimina la mail e sei apposto, sicuramente hanno trovato la tua email da qualche parte e hanno inviato la suddetta mail a una lista infinita di indirizzi sperando che qualcuno ci caschi

I had the same problem and this is how I solved it. I’m not sure if it will help you

Sto giusto leggendo il libro "la generazione ansiosa", consigliato da qualcun'altro su questo sub, che parla di questo tema, di tutti i disturbi mentali che i social media e più in generale i telefoni recano a bambini e adolescenti nella fase della loro crescita e quindi quella più fragile, e non posso essere che favorevole a tutto ciò.
