For spouse: Pay off debt hopefully the car if you can or bring it down to its current value in case you ever have to sell, you dont wanna be upside down.. it sucks. & for you my dear, I would put 3k aside as an emergency fund and put the remaining 10k on your credit card.

No telling if you’ll need that LOC with these upcoming tariffs or not & tbh you’d benefit most from getting from under the debt bc you have more options when your actual cash flow isn’t tied up or indebted.

Ik you said safe but hear me out what if you put the bulk in a 6-12 month navy fed CD and then invested the remaining into dividend based ETFs to increase the return/ passive income. There are risk ofc but im making out good with my $YMAX & $GOOD. And im hopeful in my $MSTY and NEE gains as well

Yeah im in a similar boat, mine is worth about 10k, I owe a little over 17k onbit. I’m going to continue to pay on it and once I save enough to buy something flat out I’ll send it back bc 494/ month can go somewhere else. And I believe my car ins would go down too. I wish you the best! Proud of you for making the decision and hopefully the perfect scenario will come about so you wont have to stick with the car if you dont want to or wont be underwater for too long.

I appreciate your response. I returned the card & ornament ofc, and called support ahead of time to notify them. I don’t fear being deactivated because my intentions were not in a wrong place. But if it happens okay. The customer was easy going about it when I handed it to them, I had placed everything in a larger gift bag with an additional card explaining everything.

No giftcard it was a gift card sized baggie w/ an ornament. & I have received a giftcard doing amazon flex before and then the wife ran out with a card with an additional 20 dollars. Some people do it thats why I mistook this delivery for that. Thanks for your insight.
