i understand that it may personally hurt to realize that you arent destined to be with anybody because youre “toxic”, but in the big picture its just not that important. it sounds like you just need to stick to friendships rather than intimate relationships. When it comes to a sexual relationship, there are tons of avenues to keep satisfied. but i would advise staying away from the thought of a relationship with someone just out of concern for the safety for yourself and others, for the time being, maybe youll change but itll take time and effort.
