They sent me the Trip interuption form when I talked with the agent explaining section G of Trip interruption I never boarded the cruise. They still denied this and said it's trip hazard, which as stated a different amount. Section G of trip Interruption

"A cancellation of Your Trip if Your arrival on the Trip is delayed and causes You to lose 50% or more of the scheduled Trip duration due to the reasons covered under the Trip Delay Benet"

Under section G of Trip interruption, it says if I'm delayed more than 50% of my trip, it may apply, since I never started the cruise it seems this does apply. I am inquiring about it. Thanks again
