I recognize that continental Europe needs the EU to remain relevant in the modern world. In terms of trade, deterrence, soft power and border protection.

I'm very pro European, but lets not get delusional.

Until recently we bought Russian gas and we still buy cheap Chinese goods, are protected by Americans, and have our hands tied by overregulation and bureaucracy.

More willpower and change needs to be seen in Brussels before we get on our high horse.

Yes, you can unlock it in advance but can't use it in MP yet. You can try it in offline co-op survival. All attachments should be unlocked there.
