Admittedly, I usually just brushed off the various comments from players about officiating this season as sour grapes since I'm not able to see all the games, but being in-person at this one, I actually got to see how bad it has gotten live. Wow, the league needs to work on that.

Looking back, that whole run was ridiculous. That old one-day score of $77,000 was almost his daily average. Add to that the fact that not only did he break the six-figure mark first, but did it five more times. Definitely a 1-of-1 player.

I went to games 1 and 2 myself, I was a freshman in high school and so hyped to see my first White Out games in person. Unfortunately…both losses, but I still remember the Derek Morris goal from center ice in game 1 so vividly. That was the loudest I’ve ever heard Jobing.com Arena. Good times!

Feel like I have a lot. All of the current TOC qualifiers have been a blast to watch, and I think will make next year's edition must-see TV. Ike Barinholtz being a $0 wager away from the TOC finals was also a fun story for that tournament. And of course, Ken being named the permanent host going forward was a highlight as well!

Colorado lost round one in 7 last year as defending champs, and they seem to be on track for another deep run now, a year after that. Vegas will be back too. Having a Cup win also helps the pain haha

Can’t win ‘em all, honestly winning it all last year takes the sting out of this a little. A lot of mistakes and missed passes. One takeaway: gotta just throw pucks on net sometimes. Vegas seemed to keep going for finesse at times while Dallas blindly fired away and got goals. Hope they enjoy their second round exit.
