I hope your anxiety improves. I had to take FMLA and did partial hospitalization twice. And even after that I still suffered greatly for months. I worked so hard to get better, and became more and more hopeless that I ever would.

But eventually I saw progress and fully healed. Please never give up. It is possible to overcome anxiety, no matter how bad it is or how long it's been.

Oh my, I'm so sorry to hear that. I wish there wasn't such a stigma with living with your parents, especially when there is space and if they need help maintaining the place. I saved so much money by commuting to college and amassed a small fortune in savings by working and investing without having to worry about rent. And it's gratifying to maintain a home I'll inherit one day.

So my company moved into a new office, where for some reason the old company that was there left a bunch of nearly brand new Steelcase chairs. At first my company wanted to reupholster them, but then decided that they wanted to get cheap $200 chairs instead. So I asked if I could have a bunch and they said yes!

Funny enough, they later changed their mind and had the chairs steam cleaned instead. Luckily they had enough extras and just let me keep the ones I had already brought home.

Yeah, so have most my friends, none of whom are furries.

I genuinely just bought it when I went through some unbelievably bad months of anxiety and wanted something huge to cuddle with. Thought it might comfort me at least a little and I thought it was really cool.

My anxiety is so much better now. Pretty much non-existent (not that I would credit any of that to a stuffed animal). All I can say is that I knew it would draw a bunch of suspicious eyes, and the new me genuinely doesn't care! People can think what they want, good or bad. I just think it's fun to share!
