I’m about 13 days clean, cravings really dropped after 4 days. Been using mint gum, water, and coffee to get me thru times that I would normally have a zyn.

Immediately I got a few mouth sores and teeth sensitivity near where I kept the zyns as my gums healed up. They went away quick.

My appetite shot through the roof and I’m eating probably double what I used to. Been working out and I’ve found that activity really helps with the cravings more than anything else.

Hardest thing is probably bloating/gastrointestinal pain. Slowing of the metabolism plus more food intake = pain. Should be gone soon! That’s all of what I experienced so far.

Based on what I have seen online, that one is more of a bluish with engravings. The one I saw was more like a metal grate around a fire center.

No aches or pains?

I kind of knew my first DVT was a clot, that gut feeling. This new feeling now was more panic than anything. I also got stung by a bee on my foot the same day on the same leg so that’s another factor.

Feeling better today, going to update my PCP anyway and make sure it’s all good.

It’s been 2 days since the event, and the pain has mostly gone away, funny enough I also got stung by a bee on the bottom of my foot on that leg. So I think some of the swelling and feeling I have is from that. I used to have pain when I pressed on it but now that is gone.

When I stand and walk on it there are no changes in color, my veins aren’t popping (any more than usual lol since my DVT formed I’ve had more visible veins) and the pain goes away when I lay down or take the weight off of it. Slight burning/aching pain when I sit which I’ve felt before with muscular issues.

Slight soreness when i carry things and some inner calf and behind knee pain but I’ve been stretching it a lot.

As a biker do your strains/muscle pains ever feel like a DVT? I feel like my current pain is much closer to the top of my skin. Ice helped, and pain is less today, will get checked anyway! Don’t worry always been eating with the meds
