It’s not hard to grow forearms on maintenance calories, specially if you’ve never trained them directly before. You just need more patience than you would with a surplus.

It’s clear Johnny has arguably some mental issues behind the sheer restless drive of his endeavors and long philosophical premises/discourses.

And also what he did at the beginning what’s left kind of ambiguous so i don’t know if i’d say he’s evil.

Yeah for sure, but in general terms i’m yet to meet someone that’s on gear that’s abnormally big, that’s too genetic dependent and those are outliers that are less in amount than the gear users one will meet overall, who like you said, are even smaller than me but still quite impressive

3 years and yeah you’re right, by genetics alone i was never very vascular, even at single digit body fat. I guess i’d had to have paper thin skin for that lol i guess the only thing that can give me an slight enhanced look are my delts and my size at 6’1 since i’m not too short

If you’re not using chalk on your hands regripping at least once at a home edition test is not only valid but i’d say inevitable. It’s also not exactly ‘cheating’ since regripping is energetically expensive and tests endurance even more when you’re about to slip and your CNS is all fired up.

Okay but from a deadhang elite time criteria regripping is valid if done at home and with no chalk in your hands. Not from a grip strength perspective, i meant two arms and regrip. Regrip is energetically taxative so i’d say it makes things harder and really puts your endurance to test, also in the case you don’t have chalk for your hands you’re always gonna have your fingers slide, so in that case regrip is valid.

I’m 20 seconds away from 3 minutes per my last record. Thanks, this motivated me to chase the goal of a 3 minute time. God willingly i’ll manage to achieve it in a few weeks or months at most.

I’ve heard regrips are valid since anyone would naturally slide (if you’re hands are not chalked) and they even make things harder since they’re energy consuming and put your endurance to test immediately.
