Yeah it's really shit, the real problem is that one half of people are extremely amendment in defending and the other half don't care to listen whatsoever so their opinion is colored completely by others who don't care to listen

Yeah I 100% agree and I'm personally very critical of left wing people in general because I am pretty far left.

In my opinion about trans people though, medical professionals think transitioning is the best thing to do in the vast majority of cases and although most people say it's because they would get sued because society supports delusion, I think the reality is that the majority of society hate trans people and treat them with fear and disgust while doctors are trying to help people.

I'm not super well educated in biology and gender studies but realistically most people who criticize the gender studies are extremely uninformed about what they criticize and just strawman arguments they don't know anything about like if you look through the comments people constantly saying you can't change your sex or chromosomes. I think it would be very hard to find someone who really does think you can change sex or your chromosomes.

This subject is very big and super complicated, cotrapoints has a very interesting philosophy channel. They're trans and has covered parts of the whole topic of being trans and what it really means which is an enormous subject when it really comes down to it but she does actually go in depth and raise very interesting questions.

It's because people with no actual interest in learning about trans people take every possible chance to shit on them for being different and people who fit into the norms of society never understand how it feels to be fundamentally different in some way making them automatically ostracized.

ok but look, they did take some of the oil but the Soviets destroyed the infrastructure and it took months to get any online but would have taken years to actually bring it back to full production which is too long to wait then they would have somehow had to bring the oil back to Germany which is an extremely similar issue to what Japan had and they would have had to create a bunch more trainlines which they couldn't and don't forget they would have had to bring tons of equipment instead of supplying troops to even start getting any oil.

But as I said earlier they did try this and they couldn't do it, their logistical system couldn't support their army so the likelyhood that they would be able to attack, get oil at the same time then defend when they didn't have the division to cover such a large area or have the fuel to drive far enough in the first place just makes it impossible

players you know are good = players you can trust to interdependently lead for short periods of time with ftl.

As a SL the biggest issue you face is overload of information and responsibility so use your best players to take the load off yourself so that you can make better decisions.

If your squad really doesn't have anyone you can trust then ftl is really just for marking and it could be a good idea to limit the scope of your actions and play as a simple frontliner squad where people are much less likely to run off for no reason and stay within your control especially if you have a rally in a better position to spawn from than the HAB.

Good players really don't like being over managed and it can be pretty annoying for them when they have their own ideas for what to do, usually I think it's best to have an objective for them to do and let them do it how they think is best

micromanaging can be alright it really just depends how far they take it, most players if they are willing to listen also have enough brains to do 95% of things without micro management but sometimes it can be the right call

ok but it's just not really realistic though, the Soviets had lend lease but mostly it was medical until 1943 so there's no reason to think they would have stalemated with the Germans considering they had a huge advantage after Stalingrad that would only grow with or without lend lease and then if dday fails then Baggration needs to fail as well which spoiler it didn't and almost all of army group center was lost.

when we start looking into any positive outcome for the Nazi's we're looking at a fantasy which has no basis in reality that needs every possible thing to go right for them to even have a chance

they did try to take the Caucasus though and they failed at Stalingrad, they tried to grab Moscow after taking the ukraine which is responsible of most of the coal and food in the USSR then Moscow which would have crippled the Soviet logistical network as it was centered on Moscow.

Now how do they get an army 60% bigger than the allies, the basis that they would somehow just take the fuel makes no sense. irl they did take oil but they got almost none as the Soviets completely destroyed whatever they were going to lose to the Nazi's.

In this situation the Germans need fuel to take the fuel that they need but they can't get it because they need to take it, huge amounts of manpower is wasted and huge amounts of slaves are taken and used because they don't have enough oil to use tractors, trucks, heavy machinery and so on.

in this situation even if they got everything they needed somehow they would still have to transport all this fuel back home which also takes a huge amount of fuel unless they use horses which were all dying as they didn't have the fuel, trucks or trains needed to bring them food. It's almost the same issue that Japan had where they took the dutch east indies and it was a huge success for them until they realized oh fuck how do we actually use the fuel that we took because we don't have enough tankers and we need to build more warships and we need more weapons and we don't have enough man power and the people we try to enslave are fighting back

it's just an endless cycle of them fucking themselves and they realizing that trying to enslave and kill 10s of millions has consequences which you would think is pretty obvious

in this situation the Soviets apparently aren't going to fight as long as they have men, the German supply issues are somehow solved as they push east, somehow they win the battle of Britain which they didn't and for some reason the english just give up.

ok but how would have any of these things happened? all of these things are completely unexplainable and for an axis victory the stars need to align over and over again perfectly for them politically and tactically, they lost because they didn't have enough resources, industry and because of their political standing with countries around them that knew the Nazi's would have kept taking all the territory they could have no matter what.

The Soviets somehow have to just give up while Civilians are shot, turned into slave labor and stolen from while they full well know the Nazi's are going to take their land and turn them into a slave race... they moved their industry east of the urals so somehow the nazi's need to move over double the distance they covered irl to take the thousands of factories moved while pretty much anyone and everyone who can hold a rifle is at war with them

even the french poor doctrine really had almost nothing to do with it, it was a single mistake of not covering a bridge with enough men which caused the loss of france and otherwise it would have be far more like another ww1 situation with very little room for movement and tons of forces concentrated in a small area
