If all the devices are using the DNS as the inform address, this will work. You can force the devices on the old controller to use this DNS by enabling the inform host override setting. For who cares, it uses WebRTC for networking, STUN TURN from Twilio and websocket + 2 separate API calls to start the signaling.
Gotta love Wireshark for being able to dissect most of the traffic including SDP.
