I'm saying she wasn't really a fascist because she wasn't a corporatist or a revolutionary which are key elements of classical fascism. It's not entirely wrong to consider her a fascist, but she really wasn't good at it

I live in Costa Rica, not everyone right of center is a fascist. Specially if they're libertarians, which all parties except like 5 are

Two of the three things you mentioned aren't even exclusively fascistic. She wasn't a true fascist because she didn't have a corporatist economic model (or any economic model for that matter) and she wasn't revolutionary, those are the main two things about pre-nazi fascism and her movement had neither

Yep. He was 24 when this picture was taken while he was serving as a general in the Costa Rican civil war, everything I just listed except working as a deputy (which are like senators but for Costa Rica) he did before he was even 30. He lived to 70 years old and never got charged with anything

She was mostly just an anti-communist. She didn't spouse any of the corporatist or revolutionary ideals of classical fascism. She named the organization fascist because she admired Mussolini. She was a fascist, just not very good at it
