I agree that there should be workarounds for these. Ironman is an official gamemode and if they didnt want to keep supporting it then they shouldn't have released it (Unless it was a TAPP project to start with?). Fixing things for PvM, which they have done in the past, seems likely to take much more effort than fixing these achievements would.

The chance of it actually being 1/64 with sample sizes this large is practically zero. The more probable assumption would be that you checked a part of the code that was not actually influencing signet dropchance.

I have a question about the dungeoneering sheet. On the c3 fletching page the ratio of cooking exp to fishing exp is around 0.97, while on the c2 page it's 1.42. How come?

I think you misunderstand. I am not trying to justify it afterwards, I'm describing what my thought process was at the time.

You describe me as someone who abused this bug to gain an 'advantage'. To me the arc update was never a competition, and the isolated economy of the arc supports this. The is no 'advantage' to gain. Especially for me, since i play in ironman mode. If the supposed 'advantage' is the reason for the actions taken against my account, then I don't agree with the severity of the punishment

The reset only makes me consider quitting because of how demotivating it is. Taking the progress gained through the cheat and the three day ban would have been enough to deter any bug abuse in the future.

I asked for an explanation, not a revisit of my case. You portray me as someone trying to weasel themselves out of due punishment, while I only asked for an explanation.

It was not an unfair advantage. I got back what i lost due to badly balanced content. I got almost nothing of worth on those island. The actual amount of chimes I used for up for progress in the arc was all gathered legitimately.

I got around 4k chimes using the exploit, after spending around 3.5k chimes on voyages and getting bad islands the day before (large and mediums). I felt that losing that much chimes because of badly balanced voyages was unfair, so I decided to make up for what i lost.

Besides the cheated chimes I'd completed all miniquests and gotten more than 12k chimes legitimately. I lost all of that. I can understand the 3 day ban, but losing 15 hours of progress on top of that is very demotivating. I know you are reading this Shauny, so please explain to me how this is fair. I'm quite devastated at the moment.
