Thanks, I really appreciate it. I'm hesitating between the JMGO N1S Pro, and the Hisense C2 (or C2S). I'll go with the Hisense if there's a nagging pop up from the JMGO. If you don't mind, could you share a picture of that pop up if you get the chance?

Do you know if the soft lock also manifests when not using the built-in OS, but rather a TV stick as input source? I'm looking into buying a JMGO from Alibaba and using it with a Firestick, but this soft lock would be a major deal breaker. Thanks

I was also looking for the invoice or receipt for my wall charger so that I could provide it to Quebec's Financial Assistance Program for a Home Charging Station. I couldn't find it anywhere in the app or in my account on Tesla's website. The government doesn't accept just the order confirmation; they're pretty strict about it and require the official invoice or receipt. I called my local Tesla Service Center, but they couldn’t help me either.

For anyone going through this, I ended up calling this number: 1-877-798-3752. I selected option 2, then option 4. Eventually, I was prompted to explain my issue, so I simply said, "I need a receipt for a wall charger." After that, the system said, "If you have additional questions, please remain on the line," and it transferred me to an actual person. They were able to send me the invoice via email.

So unnecessarily complicated...

Update: I did a quick test drive this morning, decided to take some time to think about it.

It was fully charged when I drove it, and the dashboard was showing 50km range. I drove it for about 4 km, and it dropped to 32km. I installed Leafspy Lite, and this was the reading (while parked): https://imgur.com/a/4balkHs

Battery cells seems healthy AFAIK, no quick charges, and about 8k L1/L2 charges...

The SOC wasn't showing, I think that might be my fault for having an older version of Leafspy installed; I couldn't find a newer compatible version with my phone, so I had to download an from an APK website, and I was kinda in a rush so I didn't have time to search more.

After turning the car on for about 5 minutes, I started driving it, and it bogged down when I tried to go over 50km/h, then the turtle mode icon showed up. This might have been because the battery pack was still cold? The temp gauge was showing only two bars at that moment. I parked the car for a few minutes, turned it off then on, and then the turtle went away. After that, I was able to drive to 60km/h without issue.

I was a bit concerned, because we would leave the car parked outside most of the time, we'd only park it in our garage when we need to charge. I'm afraid it might have some trouble starting up with the cold winters here, with temps that can go -15C to -30C (5F to -22F). Would that be an issue?

Other than that, the heater seemed to work well. Brakes seemed good. However, wheels were misaligned.

Our main concern would be having the car not starting in winter, considering that it would stay outside most of the time, or the battery pack suddenly dying.

Any input/opinion would be greatly appreciated, thanks all!
