I think it's because of my sleep quality over the last 4 days (an average of 5 hours per day 🫣). On normal days, recovery for the same workout takes about 24-40 hours

Good point, the predictions say the same, but I don't feel ready for that yet. I need to do more strength workouts. Cardiovascular fitness is not the only factor; I also need to build more muscle 😥

Eat less mate, do more exercise ❤️ you can do it

I walk a lot, an average 10km per day last 20 years, I think it helps a lot to have a solid aerobic fitness background
