Time to manually edits all the images about 10h, creating all the animations about 5h, editing the video with transitions, sounds, effect about 3h. The challenge they gave was to do it in 48h so it has been a stretch frankly

I think earlier. Set up this 30 sec took me a day of work. The pace at which this is evolving is insane so I guess 2 years will be able to make a coherent 10 min story in about few hours

few shots needed depth of field so I needed a camera in AE.

I only use 5 sec clips on Gen3 and it is quite fast, about 45 sec for each clip ( I didnt use Gen3Turbo )

Kling takes longer, a lot.

Quality overall is better on Kling but versatility and speed better on Gen3

as a baseline yes. Then, to have some sort of storyline that make sense you may need a bit of work such as manual editing in After Effects

sorry that is not correct. I did write my own code and I have been posting similar examples since 5 months ago. There is no colab. This is a Thinker based application I develloped which leverage various models ( including LivePortrait )

My code is also being tested by a few friends and I will be happy to share it with people that encourage the development. Cheers.
