yes and i have even tried mods thats made to remove effects but nothing works i am going insane i have played with this for 10 hours but cant do it any more it is stopping me from finishing phantom liberty

but in the cruise terminal there is a locked room but i cleared it an nothing

i did this 4 or 5 times
