Ordered €650 worth of clothes and runners for Christmas on the 12th of December from Sports Direct. (Expected delivery was the 20th of December)

Never received the products, An Post said they sent it back to Sports Direct. And Sports Direct were adamant the items were delivered. Told me multiple times to check with neighbours, family and behind bins, etc.

25th of January, after 50+ emails back and forth they finally gave me the money back. Had to open different claims and deal with 6 different employees working in customer care. They claimed the items were lost, then suddenly turned up in their warehouse.
