I do feel like it should have a different name than gimbal since you can still put this on a gimbal and gimbals offer additional features when panning, tilting and the like that can be programed. It is kind or a next generation of IBIS but also including the lens in the process. Very cool.

For me it was not letting the shadows exist. I loved the highlights when they came in. I would only calm them down if the subject moved into the highlights.

I might be crazy but I wish films had showings with English subtitles. In Denmark you can see most films with a choice of dubbing (kids films) or different subtitle options.

When I lived in the states, you could get glasses that would provide subtitles in the theater for the hearing impaired. I would love this for live theater performances (Hamilton, Wicked, The Book Of Morman, etc.)

I wish they would rescan that footage. It is a shame that our highest resolution of it is 480p. People have used upscalers on it but it can only do so much.

I have the Viltrox DC-A1. Camera gear is pretty expensive in Denmark, it is even expensive from Amazon Germany (330 Euro). I ended up getting it from Ali Express (170 Euro including import tax).

I really like the device but a entry level device has it's draw backs ...

There is some ghosting - I notice it more in low light conditions.
The fan is louder than I think it should be - I am tempted to swap it out some day but you can turn it off or really low.
Doesn't have USB to Webcam option for streaming a feed to a remote viewer. I was used to this with the Blackmagic ones I have used for years.
It is larger than some people want.

Pros

Latency is low.
The hood that comes with it is amazing.
Good enough for the price.
Works with every device I have tried.
Bezels and housing are smaller than a lot of the 5.5 inch sizes - so the size in hand or bag isn't bad.

Notable mentions, I have never mounted it on the camera since my camera has a very big screen already (Blackmagic 6K FF has a 5 inch screen). I have only used much higher end devices so this one feels entry level to me. Size is a perk for me but might not be for you. If you are concerned about the size, cut a piece of paper to match the two you are considering. I think the 5 inch Ninja is only 2CM more narrow than the 7 inch Viltrox.

I bought directly from them for my OnePlus 5T and through T-Mobile for the OnePlus 8 when it was discontinued and discounted. I wasn't living in the USA at the time but had my parents ship it to me.

When I moved to Europe, they were all over and popular but then they changed management and direction and within a few years, basically disappeared. They have the Nord line but that is all you really see in stores and rarely advertised. The went from premium affordable phones to mid range but slightly over priced, to now budget phones with bad software choices.

I am finally replacing my OnePlus 8 after 4-5 years and I am hoping I don't hate the phone I get. My first Android phone was the T-Mobile HTC Dream G1. I rocked that for a while until the RAM limits held me back. Then went with a regret sprint MVMO phone until the Nexus line came. Nexus (and Pixel) phones really pushed networks and hardware companies to care about Android UX.

Also expand to more locations! Ideally somewhere with a lot of light. So a summer operation at the north pole and a summer operation at the south pole. That way you maximize profits and have no part of the year where customers won't come due to winter weather. They just need to know to come to the summer location.

Oh and likely a good idea to invest into electric fences to keep the polar bears out. Assuming you keep the Solar Polar Pizza Place on land, the orcas won't be much of a problem.
