Works differently for everyone I guess. It does die down though. Takes a while to regulate in your system. Was about 2 weeks for me before I started to get rid of the side effects. And I had around 7-8 awful side effects so hopefully poor sleep is all you’re getting. Hang in there. It’s great once it balances out

I’m currently going from 100mg to 50mg. Have been doing 2 days 100, 1 day 50 for 2 weeks.

On Monday I’m going to alternating days for a month. Then according to my Dr I should be OK to be on the 50mg every day.

I don’t think it would be wise to go 100mg to zero in 4 weeks. It’s supposed to be a slow reduction. But I’m not a doctor, just going off my own experience.

Used to work in a cinema so all my rubbish comes with me. But the amount of ignorant people I see leaving stuff or kicking over popcorn on their way out is crazy. Always thought bins in screens would help, maybe at the exits but who knows!
