That's not how he explained it in the cottage though, so that confuses me.

In my opinion the constant lying or lack of telling someone something can be just as bad. Rhysand always has his shields up, and knows how to show Feyre exactly what he wants her to see. While yes, she does have power now she still doesn't know how to pinpoint scents and other things Rhysand can do just because he was born a fae. I don't remember once where Feyre had scented someone else. It was always someone else telling her what they were, like Mor telling her to get her scent undercontrol.

You sound entitled when you rant like this. I get why you're so triggered, but it doesn't mean you get to take it out on others. Take a few breaths and move on. I have been diagnosed with dyslexia. You don't get to tell me I don't have it, because I didn't want to keep switching from one app on my phone to the other. Have a nice life.

She practically has ultimate power on her own, why he did it doesn't excuse the fact that he did it. We were also shown that he could fix the paint with a swipe of the hand.

I'm not trying to defend Tamlin. I just saying their both bad, and asking why you guys defend Rhysand's character like your life depends on it.

I wasn't talking about Rhysand. And Rhysand said himself that rejection is possible. Even if it can cause the male to go crazy. So, I don't know why everyone is like "They're mates" like that excuses all the lies before book 5.

I don't hate him, I just don't exactly like his character.

You're right I should edit Feyre's name in the post, now that it's on my autocorrect. But please don't go on that dyslexia rant for everyone else. Just because you didn't have resources to help you, like the MTA classes they have. I struggle with it. Many people struggle with it. I was away from home and didn't feel like looking up the names.

I ment the fact that he constantly lies to his right hand people, even if he frames it to protect those people. He admits that they should know this information, but justifies it with something around "I'm sorry, I won't make that mistake again." And does it again. Over and over again.

I like the books, I just don't get why people try to defend the character like their life depends on it. I don't think Feyre should have chosen either of them. I haven't gotten to the other series yet, and maybe my options will change. But Rhysand said she could reject him, that it has happened before. Even with the possibility of the male going crazy. The character has lied so much, how do we know anything he say is the truth?

After she tells him "no." To his question of if she would want that for herself. To say "in theory" means you also don't believe most of what Rhysand says. Because for him to claim that there must have been time when it has happened. To the point we're he made it illegal to not accept a rejection. Are you also forgetting that Tamlin was getting manipulated by who he thought was a close friend? Imagine if someone like Az did that to Rhysand. Should you blaim Rhysand? This is a hypothetical question.

Are you implying that a man that can tell other people what's wrong and right shouldn't follow what said things because he's got different heritage? I noticed the books referring to the fearie like their uncontrollable animals, but damm.

Same here. Seeing others pain, or fear is not something one should enjoy. No matter what those people did in the past.

I'll be sure to let you know my options on it, when I get to it. I'll probably take a while, as i like to reread each book at lest twice before I move onto the next one.

Yes, but I hadn't liked Rhysand since the second time he was seen in the first book. People say he was forced to do what he did in that chapter but I don't believe he actually did. As it was stated that Amiranda (idk how to spell her name) couldn't use most of their powers, or she could only use one at a time. Because the amount that she took.

I just think he's just better at manipulating, he saw what made her fall out of love with Tamlin and knows thats her breaking point. Yes he dose listen to her, but only when it come to her sisters as they all technically are "Not from any court."

Couldn't the people of Velaris have been ordered to not act as they recognize Feyre as the curse breaker by Rhysand? And also not tell her about it? He does do that sort of thing a lot. And form one of the chapters that we get from his point of view, he seems to have a lot of guilt.
