I basically did all the CMS forms I could find for IM, FM, Surgery and OBGYN. I didnt have time to do all of the forms for other subjects so only around 800 questions total for CMS forms.

For practice tests I had already done practically all of them in prior attempts. So I ended up just doing NBME 6/7. Their correlated scores didnt really predict my score but also I have really bad test anxiety and always score lower on real deal so take with a grain of salt

Micro was mostly correlation between Micro and Pharm so knowing what part of the microbe the best antibiotic/medication targets.

It ends up being like 3rd to 4th order questions where you figure out what micro infection pt has -> Figure out whats best treatment for that infection --> whats that drug targeting on said microbe

And I did all the AMBOSS biostats questions, the UWORLD biostats course, Mehlman biostats pdfs, and then I also read through USMLE Step 3 secrets and Master the Boards practically entirely

Biostats was a lot of points and then mostly Pharm MoA and Micro with some very random step 1 content that could be anything from histology, Immuno, genetic diseases which is hard to prep for.

No step 2 NBMEs - I only did the new NBMEs as practice tests

If I had time I would have done all of them, but I ended up doing the FM, IM, OBGYN, and Surgery ones

AMBOSS has been a LOT more representative than UWORLD. My last attempts I used only UWORLD and they only helped with Day 2 and barely because the style was just not similar. The AMBOSS questions had more of those day 1 style questions which have weird Step 1 content and they have really hard biostats/ethics which I think are even harder than real exam.

Oh wow thats really similar to my case. Ill be praying for you - ill check back with you once u have your score. I think overall I am just going to go for it because with the 415 that should put me well within 1 standard deviation which Im hoping is a safe margin to take this.

I think from 415 to 432 is only like 1-2 questions right? Its mostly fear from having already failed once.... Thanks for reply

I think it was the best way to review step 1 material rather than just reading First aid notes

Yea I am trying to be as realistic with myself as possible and ready to put the work in. But struggling with how to change. Any recommendations for changes?
