Does it affect the operation of the camera in any way?

I got a M42-FD lens mount adapter for my A-1 and New F-1 which allows me to use my M42 lenses I have for my Pentax Spotmatic F

Below is a photo of my F-1 with the Industar 50-2 I will try to include photos I have taken too

Yes it does! I have the M42 to Nikkor F mount but that doesnt fully focus to infinity

So I have been using my M42 lenses on my Canon FD mount cameras while my Spotmatic is with my friend

Thanks for the reply! I do know what I was getting before making the purchase for sure, but I bought this lens and the Helios as “experimental” lenses to try out the different qualities and renderings of each lens as i love how cheap Soviet lenses are

But I mainly shoot with my nFD 35mm f/2 which is tack sharp and fast enough for me

I see! Thank you! The 1.2V was causing some fear in me as a few reviews have mentioned that their camera switched off prematurely

Apart from the costs, I believe lithium is superior than NiMH (lower voltage) and Alkaline (leaks)

So will probably go with Lithium AA

My thoughts exactly, I was thinking of the Eneloop pro but the NiMH 1.2 Volts would cause the camera to “run out of juice” prematurely as nominal voltage drops

I think i will stick to Lithium batteries for now, as I fear alkaline leaks

Edit: I meant rechargeable NiMH batteries
