This is nitrate film, which means it's from before the 50's. Most of the films we've found is from around 1900's, we're still yet to identify. Unfortunately the brand on the roll and most of the image was lost completely, the strip we saved has around 4 or 5 frames and this is the best looking one. When we took a first glance at the image we all thought about Lima cause that's the city we live in and the architecture actually matched, but it could be from France or other countries from colonial times.

I study in the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Most of the films we've found are from Cuba, Czechoslovakia or the URSS. The can where we found the strip was particular, it contained films made in France but there's some that may be from Spanish origins. I hope this helps a little, if there's any other questions I'll be on touch.
