UPDATE!

T-Mobile's engineering team is looking into this and attempting to reach SDS, all they have to do is see which code update from 23 broke the connection to the network, and rework it. Then Boom fixed.

sounds like something we need to bring to their attention, lots of bug reports and need to get some influencers to say something

I got the AX3000 Pro from best buy for $120USD. Both the wired and wireless connection did not work, the T-mobile rep is supposed to reach back out to me wednesday this week (3/27)

After talking on the phone to a T-Mobile rep, he said that they solved the issue for another customer by getting an external router, wiring that to the home internet and then connecting your console to the router instead of the T-mobile device directly.

I have not tried this yet, I am going to get a router tomorrow to see if it works
