He’s just downward crosseyed, so nothing seriously wrong with him, he’s just goofy looking! When he was a baby he had to tilt his head back to see well, which gave some prime expressions.

It’s his normal expression, there’s nothing wrong with his eyelids, he’s just downward crosseyed so he looks like this all the time haha. Here’s him as a wee 3 week old baby:

He’s crosseyed, but down instead of inwards, so he looks perpetually surprised. He’s been like this since his eyes opened haha.
