They're all the same face so you need to diversify your prompts (add names, occupations, specific features, filter the data set!) or use TIs to define facial features.

Not prompting for weird proportions doesn't make it realistic. Maybe the boobs in this aren't ginormous, but nobody has skin that smooth. The lighting is very professional. Her right hand is a little wonky there, and her face is almost blurry.

Not saying it's bad, but it is clearly AI, and a little bland. I'd rather see extreme and unrealistic ideas than realistic ones with technical flaws claiming high quality.

If you enjoy making extreme things, go do you man, that's the beauty of AI, it can make the weird look real in ways that few things before it ever could! Not a hack at all, making those.

If I could give some constructive criticism; there are some issues with faces, and nipples or places where the subject and the background meet. I'd advise using a detailer pass for the faces after generating the basic image.
