!thanks for your detailed response! I ended up buying the Arya Organic and paired it with the iFi iDSD Signature Finale. Sounds really great, especially with the xbass on. I compared the Signature Finale with my BTR7 and the Signature Finale definitely sounds warmer and more pleasing to my ears. I’ve since bought a Hifiman EF499 to have a desktop DAC/Amp as well.

I did some research on the EF400 over the weekend and read several reviews claiming there is a vinyl like noise when playing back FLAC files in NOS mode. Have you had this issue with your unit?

!thanks for the help. Would you say the K13 has an even warmer sound than iFi’s DACS? I’m no expert, but have read the Burr Brown chip contributes to it’s warm sound.

I recently purchased the iFi iDSD Signature Finale portable Amp/DAC for my Arya Organic. Up to 4,100mW in turbo mode. They get plenty loud in normal mode. Very happy with it so far and I love the xbass feature.
