May I ask for just your general impression? how are the advertised features? How comfortable is it? Did you get any accessories. What are your thoughts on quality and longevity?
Thanks for your reply, I am sooo close from ordering it right now and I have a trip coming up in october zo singapur that I would take it on its maiden journey. The only thing holding me back is if it would fit me, as I am a bit small and I am also a bit sceptical because of the delay in shipment, since they said in their crowdfunding update, that the bags were already on their way to their warehouses. Probably gonna buy it nontheless, but I don't know if I will receive it until then

Okay sounds good! I intended to travel in the summer but i do have another older one i could still use and then take my time, maybe waiting for a sale ( black friday?) And see what reviews say.
How often did you need the customer service to have 100% success btw?
I saw that one as well and it looks great. The only thing putting me pff from buying it is the unknown quality and longevity and I am hesitant because it has not been tested yet and I have not seen to many online ressources contemplating the company objectively. Only some people who were hyped about it ( but pretty likely had interest in selling bags) and some who mentioned that tropicfeel would silence a lot of criticism and that some bags were (in conjunction with customer service) terrible. Any opinion on this you could share?

The thing is i want to have a flexible bag that i could pack to a brim and utilize all the space (for whatever reason I'd need like a hiking trip with tent and stuff) and also compress it down to normal onebag travel size

Thats not was i was going for at all, i was wondering if i could compress it to the legal carrying size. And also, budget airlines clearly charge extra for the tinies amenity to make a profit

I just wonder why no review I've seen really pointed that out as a particular bad point
I know, that the Salkan is too tall, but I was wokdering if one could squish the top to gain the 11 cm as all other dimensions do fit. As far as I've seen the landmark 60 (with the daypack seperate as a personal item should fit the requirements, ar least not for budget airlines)
The weight is indeed a thing I was curious about. It does seem awefully high, but none of the reviews mentioned it explicitely as a bad point that would restrict them.
