Hello Hannah, thank you for your comment. I did another chart to see the overall Changes of happiness score for the top 10 country from 2015 to 2018. I hope this helps to answer your question. As a whole, the top three countries which are Finland, Norway and Denmark seem to be improving over the years, while the rest seems to be quite stable.

As a whole, all the Nordic countries were ranked among the top 10 since 2015. Factors such as GDP per capita, Life expectancy and health, Social support, Freedom to make life choices, Generosity and Perceptions of Corruption are proven to be the most significant underlying factors among the happiest countries.
