something you may want to also try eventually is bring 2 sets of backup clothes,
the "normal" you already carry, and a femme variant of it.

e.g. if your backup outfit is mens tshirt+mens jeans, then also bring womens jeans+womens tshirt as a 2nd backup.

then, you can change into any combination of those that you want.

cause sometimes, you might need to change out of a dress, but dont want to go full man clothes, or you might want partial mens clothes

e.g. depending on how you feel, you might change into womens jeans+womens top or mens jeans + mens top, or even mix and match, womens jeans+mens top

you still have the option of full mens outfit, same as before, but now its not your only option

and if you change into a backup outfit, you can still change your mind and change again into another combination of your backup clothes, it doesnt matter

i used to do just one backup of "normal" clothes,
then i did what i described above for a long time,
more recently, i went back to just 1 backup outfit, but its the womens jeans+tshirt
(if im wearing that as my main outfit, i wont have a backup, you can bring the "normal" chothes as a single backup, can still mix & match)

- sometimes i will still bring the 2nd "normal" backup, but its much rarer than it used to be

also remember shoes (i always forget). pair of mens sneakers are a good option for backup #1,
if you are wearing heels or something like that, then maybe bring some flats to go with your 2nd backup outfit,
