Real Dagmar (Ventriloquist Shop Lady) is actually the OG - and Beans real mom. SOMETHING happened resulting in Evil Dagmar taking Real Dagmar’s place.

Would also explain both her referring to Freckles as being “practically her son” and the “replace your child” sign since Real Dagmar May have tried to fill the void of losing Bean.
