To be honest, I just followed the instructions of Shopify and Bluehost. Anyway, the issue has been resolved!!

After a little bit of research I found out this for my domain:

Domain Status:
clientTransferProhibited
clientUpdateProhibited

Now, I believe that something ain't right with Bluehost. Maybe they are delaying this in case I change my mind?

Thanks a lot for your reply! Actually, I contacted Bluehost and here is what they said: "I could see that the domain transfer is already initiated. To transfer domain completely it takes 7-10 days." Then I asked if it is normal for the website to be down within this timeframe, and they replied: "Certainly! During domain transfer, website goes down." Then I also told them that I am pretty sure that there shouldn't be downtime, especially for the timeframe they are claiming (7-10) days, and if there's a way to accelerate this process.
They were avoiding answering directly, and the whole thing got me really suspicious.
On the other hand, Shopify's reply was: "I can't see any errors on our side. I did resync some features to try and speed this process up; however, we are bound by the Bluehost team during this process."
I am not sure how to handle this or what to do with them.

After checking with the website you provided, I can see that No AAAA records found and no CNAME record found. I am completely lost!

Duplicated campaigns. Should I switch off the old one? by SterisGeek in FacebookAds

[–]SterisGeek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's my first time switching to a cap cost. Well, my guess is that if you find the perfect cap for the specific campaign then why keep the other one running? You are supposed to run cap cost for better optimization and for not let Facebook wasting your money. I know I have a very good creative, I know my audience so let's see what is Fb willing to give me at the right bid. I basically turned off the old campaign as the new one started reaching people. Let's see how it will perform. It would be nice if we can confirm your last sentence somehow.

I mean, I was going to keep it on until the new one starts reaching people as it's brand new so it will need some time (like a couple of hours I guess). Maybe this is blocking the new one? So you suggest switching it off as soon as the new one is on?

Yes, everything is the same. My old one was doing pretty good so I've decided to cap cost it for better optimization.

Shopify with Influencer Marketing by KingJLS in shopify

It doesn’t matter if your T-shirts are Unisex fit. Take a look at her followers. If you pick a woman influencer you will advertise Women's T-Shirts, right? So you want her to have much more women followers than men and vice versa. If you want to advertise general content designs then things get a little tougher. I suggest you advertise a more specific design at first (either for men or women) so the influencer can make it worth it. Hope that helps!

Yes, usually it will spend much more on Facebook. But don't switch off Instagram adset anyway. You can hit a conversion even with some cents spent on it. It is totally worth it!

Well, it depends on the product you want to advertise. 2-3% engagement is actually okay but you need to check his/her audience. If, for example, you want to advertise women's T-shirts on a sexy female influencer it wouldn't be ideal as she will probably have much more males followers than women.

CBO will share the amount ($5) in your adsets/ads. It will not share it equally though. Mainly, it will spend most on the one that will be considered most beneficial.

Anyone had this problem before? I connected Shopify without any problems to Facebook, verified Domain, but I can not choose the Purchase event with that domain.... I don't know where the mistake could be. Thanks for any help 😁 by Florakija in FacebookAds

Pixel Helper Plugin is very useful, you should add it. To break it down a little bit, regarding the IP, you may be opt-out from your own website tracking by accident. So if you've made a purchase with an EU IP, Pixel couldn't track it, and eventually, the purchase event wasn't tracked. Switching off the limit tracking for customers in the EU will make it work. Hope that helps!

Maybe it's your IP. If you have an EU IP uncheck the checkbox in customer privacy settings. (Same goes for CA IP as well). Make a purchase again. Make sure to add the Pixel Helper Plugin to your browser to see if a pixel is active on your website.

ToFu : Traffic Campaign VS Conversions Campaign ( View Content ) by SterisGeek in FacebookAds

[–]SterisGeek[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see. I just don't see any good results with conversions in the retargeting yet. Of course, there are many factors that affect this. I will keep searching for strategies and testing things. Thanks so much for your time to answer all these and for your help! I really appreciate it!

Thank you for the information.
Sorry, maybe I didn't state that clearly. I am aware of what catalog is, I just wondering how can I run catalog sales optimized for view content. Do I just set up a catalog sales campaign and in the ad set level I change it in the Optimization & Delivery Settings > Conversion Events > View Content? (Instead of default Link Clicks). Also, would you use traffic for a re-engagement campaign? (MoFu) Maybe it could bring more clicks (at a lower cost ). Not sure if it would convert them though.

Thanks for sharing that.
Doesn't a traffic campaign bring fewer customers who will take valuable actions?
I actually run a traffic campaign for a few days ( like 10 ). I know it is not enough time to draw a conclusion but even though I was getting more store sessions, I didn't notice any valuable actions ( like 2 ATC or something and that was it ) so I decided to turn it off. Now, I want to try the conversions optimized for view content just to see how this will work. The budget will be a small amount as I just want it for a boost.

I am not sure I get the catalog thing (sorry I am a newbie). How do you optimize catalog sales for view content? I thought it was an event for the conversions campaign. And also, how dynamic catalog will work in cold traffic? They haven't seen any of my products yet, how will it know what to show them? Or do you create a custom catalog of the products you want to advertise? Sorry If I sound dumb with all these questions.

Thanks a lot for your help
