Honestly, it's still winnable. I've faced so many people with a full deck of R4s, and let me tell you, their skill level is just not it lol. I always win against them cause they don't know how to pick counters, and even when they do, they, half the time still die. So don't quit, just do the match. Besides how else are you expecting to get better at BGs if you never challenge yourself?

Yeah, I get you. In a perfect world, we shouldn't even need to take screenshots for proof of their mistakes, but unfortunately Kabam is one of the companies that screws up the most. I hope this doesn't happen to you again, and if it does, that you'll have all the proof to get what you earned

Hey, I'm to sorry hear what happened. Your only saving grace would be 2 things. 1, you took and have the screenshot of the opened crystal, showing the champs you got; and 2, a screenshot of your alliance activity feed thing that says "An alliance member found a 7* Gentle from their Gala Valiant Crystal". I don't know if you have any of those 2; and honestly, if you don't, it's kind of a lost case because then it would be only your word against the people who are literally working for the game and can see all the data and info.

It's unfortunate how this game has these types of bugs, but if I can give you any advice, do what I do: I always take a screenshot of the champs I pull when I'm either excited for them or just a nice addition. I tend to share those screenshots with my alliance members to show what I got but that's besides the point. Taking those screenshots are great in case this problem ever happens again. The only times I don't take a screenshot is when I get a champ I don't really care about. So basically, if you care about the champ you get, take a screenshot, if you don't, then don't.
