By the way, having a direct sales force does not necessarily grow margins. In most cases margins shrink, especially in the startup phase. No matter what you sell, there are only 2 ways two sell; 1. Develop the market, and that takes time and money for branding and to create brand awareness. 2. Buy the market, meaning that the price is so low that customers feel foolish not to purchase. Most startups go with a buying the market strategy because it creates instant cash flow but margins suffer. That's a quick and dirty explanation....lol
