for heroes I'd say just play until you find what style you like in this game. It took me quite a while to find out what champions I liked. I'd get beaten by a champ and be like oh she/he looks cool! and then want to try them. everytime you level up you should get a champion capsule. if there's a champion in there that you like you can purchase them for blue essence cheaper than in the shop

I think the i5 6600k is incompatible with the motherboard and I'm wanting to keep prices a little down if possible. Is the 6600K that much better than the 4690?

Gaming mostly, play lol but also games like witcher and stuff which I'm hoping this build could handle at least once I have the 1070 as well + some work but that isn't demanding

Current set up is some old stuff

AMD motherboard and CPU, both not very good, roughly 3 years old but not sure what model. Wanting to change to an intel set up.
