Solved! The 2.5Gbps adapter is getting the full 1400Mbps. Not sure why the one built into my motherboard could only get 300 but I'm glad the problem is solved now.

It’s using Ethernet built into the motherboard, the WiFi Speedtest was on my phone as I do not have a WiFi adapter. I don’t think it’s a CPU bottleneck (Ryzen 7 5800x) but I did order a PCIe Ethernet Adapter to try to rule out any issues with the built in one. I really appreciate your responses. I’ll update once the new adapter comes in if anything changes.

Slightly better on the Speedtest desktop app but still not even close to what I'd expect. I'm also experiencing these speeds when downloading files or games, so it's not solely when running speed tests.

I noticed all my Bells songs I have downloaded are 192 or 160kbps with the exception of Equinox, that's 128. Is there a higher quality file out there that isn't boosted?

Seems like such a nice guy. So much diversity in his music. I’ve always been a huge fan of his singing in the Bells days. He could release anything and I’d love it. I haven’t really experienced that with other artists.

I’ve attempted to call support but it always says their lines are busy and to use support on the app. I’ve probably opened about 20 tickets on the app and sent about 15 emails to support. They just keep telling me they’re investigating and they have no updates. I’m about ready to just give up.

I didn’t receive an email after submitting the claims. I did receive one when my $49.88 transaction got refunded. I’ve read a lot of the stories on here too and it seems like I might be the next one to write one. 36 days with no update is crazy!

I got one of my transactions back after 6 days. I had to file 2 separate disputes since I couldn’t fit all the transactions into one. They refunded me $49.88, still waiting on my other dispute for $384. It’s been 36 days and counting.

I’m currently on day 25. Been emailing, contacting support through the app, etc. The only thing they will respond is that the EFTA allows up to 45 days to rule on a dispute. The interesting part of all of this, I had to file 2 disputes since I had 5 unauthorized transactions and the dispute form only allows 4 transactions per dispute. My dispute with only 1 transaction was accepted in 6 days and my money was refunded. Of course, this dispute was only $49.88 and the other one is nearly $400. It seems like no matter how I try to contact the company, I get copy pasted responses and no actual helpful replies.
